Home again

Well, Reghan did wonderfully during the ride up to Walnut Creek and during the EEG. Grammie got the joy of sitting in the back seat with Reghan while I drove to Kaiser. We were singing any song we could think of and loud. We clapped, pointed out cows, windmills and big trucks. The new Barney DVD was a hit too. She managed to stay awake. Thanks Grammie!

Once there, the tech let Reghan fall asleep before she put the electrodes on (over thirty of those suckers). She was able to sleep in my arms the entire test. So, things went very well. What an answer to prayer. After it was over we at an early lunch and headed home. We got home around 1:00. I am so glad to have it over with and even more thankful that it went so well. Now we just have to wait for the results. Next thing is to get the MRI scheduled. She will have to be put to sleep for this. I am not looking forward to it either. Atleast she will not remember it or have to experience the actual MRI.

Your mom is like a super hero...keeping Reghan awake for that car ride! And, you are like a super hero for dealing with both Reghan and Robbie...ha, ha!
