Seriously?

After being very sick yesterday with the flu I decided to do something very stupid and take my girls to our local dollar store so Reghan could spend her allowance. Yes, I know, not very smart but my trip was purely selfish. I knew if I let Reghan buy a few items at the store then she would stay busy for the rest of the day which in turn, insures I will get a great nap this afternoon. Reghan found a few items and we headed to the register to pay. Well, this is when our simple trip to the dollar store turned interesting. . . .

I knew that Dollar Tree sold pregnancy tests made by some unknown brand. The lady in front of us in line at the register was buying a pregnancy test. Okay, I thought, why not it is a cheap way to find out if you are prego or not. After the lady paid an entire $1.08 for her prego test she quickly asked the worker where the bathroom was. WHAT!?! Really, you are telling me that you cannot wait to get home to pee on the stupid stick? You are really going to go take a pregnancy test at the dollar store! She ran back to the bathroom like she was about to be sick.

After the lady in question ran to find the bathroom the worker told me that situations like that happen in our wonderful Ceres Dollar Tree every other day. Seriously! Every other day! They need to start charging $1 for getting to take the test at the store. Maybe it would discourage people from finding out their future in this disgusting bathroom. I have to admit a Target bathroom would be totally different! All I have to say is "only in Ceres".
